Ethel’s Story is available from [email protected] at £24.00 per copy plus postage.
Full of adventure, humour, and romance, Ethel is a spirited maid who works for an eccentric Scottish family. When tasked with delivering the family’s daughter’s wedding cake – by chauffeured Bentley – to Verona, she sees an unexpected opportunity.
Ethel’s independent voice, combined with images of a veritably dreamlike European tour contrasting with her domestic life in Scotland, make this an ideal historical novel for those wishing to escape.
